Privacy Policy

Introduction

Crowlab Studio is an independent creative group making games and interactive experiences.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how and when we collect, use, and share information through our games, website, and communication channels.

We do not collect or sell personal information. Any data we gather is used solely for limited, legitimate purposes—such as fixing bugs, improving performance, or responding to your messages.

We Do Not Collect Personal Data Through Our Games

Our games do not intentionally access, collect, store, or transmit personal or device information. We do not use ad targeting, data mining, or analytics that could identify you personally.

In some cases, our games may automatically send anonymous technical data (such as crash reports or performance metrics) to trusted third-party services like Unity Technologies. These reports help us detect and fix issues, but they contain no personally identifiable information (e.g., IP address or username).
For Unity’s data practices, see:
https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Because we do not collect or have access to your personal data, we cannot provide, share, or delete such information—it simply does not exist on our end.

Communication and Website

If you contact us via email or through a contact form, we may collect the personal information you choose to provide (such as your name or email address). We use this information only to:

  • Respond to your messages or bug reports
  • Improve our games and services
  • Share updates or news only if you have opted in

We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except as needed for service providers (for example, our email or hosting platforms).

If you would like us to delete any information you have shared, or if you wish to stop receiving messages, contact us at
kraaa@crowlab.studio, and we will honor your request within 30 days.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our games are often distributed through third-party platforms (such as Steam, itch.io, or console storefronts). These platforms may collect and use your personal information according to their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We encourage you to review their policies directly. By using those services, you acknowledge that your relationship with them is governed by their own terms, not ours.

Children’s Privacy

Our games and website are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently received such data, we will delete it promptly.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, please only contact us or use our website and games with parental or guardian consent.

Other Terms

Each game may include its own End User License Agreement (EULA). If there is a conflict between a game’s EULA and this Privacy Policy, the EULA will take precedence.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect new practices or tools. Your continued use of our games or website after any update means you agree to the new terms.
